I have 2012 Prius V with this code P3191 No start issue, I think it sounds like it is starting but it's not, I cleaned the EGR, intake manifold and MAF sensor, but I am sill getting the same issue, I am planning to replace the spark plugs, fuel injectors and the fuel pump. what do you think?

Jan 19, 2019 · So I ran a check on my 2006 prius and found code p0a80 and p3191. Hybrid code was listed as pending fault, while engine no start was listed as current fault. Below I've attached some screenshots of my results. I know that for code p3191 it could be a bad 12v auxiliary, which is not the case.
