I think the springs are weak and take a set. I've had my Shield Arms S15 mags for over 3 months. Switched out the magazine release with theirs. I have run hundreds of rounds with the shields and OEM mags and haven't had a single issue. I don't see why people say they have issues running the OEM's. Long story short - My S15 mags were all trash and they said my 3 glocks, my coworkers 2 glocks, and my brothers 2 glocks were trash. (All 43x's and 48's) I just run the oem 10 round. Once i have even a hint of doubt in a component, its gotta go. It's really a shame because more rounds is great.I swapped the magazine release for the metal Shield Arms one when I first got it along with 10 of those S15 magazines (4x Gen 1, and 6x Gen 2) all with a 15rd capacity.
